Mr. Stephen Toth – Financial Officer

tothA seasoned veteran of the medical supply field, Mr. Toth is retired operations consultant and retired temporary VP of Operations for Vertos Medical, a Laguna Hills, CA based medical equipment startup company.  Mr. Toth has held a number of managerial and leadership level positions responsible for overseeing large scale manufacturing operations at several medical supply and equipment firms nationwide.

As a Marine, Mr. Toth served 7 years on active duty as a CH46 pilot before serving in the reserves for 12 years and retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.  To stay connected with the military community, he is also a member of the Military Officers Association of America and the American Legion.

Mr. Toth holds two degrees, a BA from Wheeling Jesuit University (WV), and a MS from the University of Southern California.  As a Marine aviator, Mr. Toth has a passion for flight and is a FAA licensed flight instructor and active volunteer pilot for the Angel Flight Charity Network.  In San Diego, Mr. Toth serves as secretary of the Board of the Sea ‘N Air Men’s Golf Club.

FOUNDATION BOARD

Our Board of Directors come from a variety of backgrounds, but one thing unites them all, a passion for preserving and perpetuating the history of the United States Marine Corps. Many who serve on our Board have a strong connection with the Marine Corps Recruit Depot having drilled on the grinder, been stationed aboard the Depot, or felt the local impact of Marines in San Diego.
